Toucan Images Delivery Charges


Canvas Prints
Standard delivery for all canvas prints, is £4.99 within mainland UK via Royal Mail Parcelforce.
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 working days.
Express Service is available at an additional chrage of £7.50
We also offer a next day courier service for an additional premium of £7.99 which can be requested at the time of purchase. A confirmation email with a tracking code can be issued upon request.
Banners, Pop Up’s & Foamex Boards
Standard delivery for all of the above products is £6.99 and takes 5 to 7 days from ordering.
We also a super fast delivery service for £9.99 which can be requested at the time of purchase.
Prints & Posters
Standard delivery for all of the above products is £1.99 and takes 3 to 5 days from ordering. These will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
Mousemats, Coaster & Keyrings
Standard delivery for the above products is £1.99. This is however waved if your order more than 20 of anyone of the items.
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All large artwork is securely packed and sent via our courier APC OVERNIGHT. All artwork must be signed for. Parcel tracking numbers are available upon request. If you need a tracking number please E-mail us with your order reference and we will send you back your tracking number.

Please note, if for any reason you happen to miss your package APC will drop a card through your door. You will need to contact them in order to rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact APC within 72 hrs of receiving your missed parcel card, your item will be sent back to us in which case you will be charged the return costs and the cost for us to resend it out to you again.

As a customer of Toucan Images it is your responsibility to make sure you make arrangements in order to have someone available on your expected day of delivery. If you require your parcel to be delivered elsewhere or at another address please contact us after placing your order.

Returns

Items are sold as best quality, unless stated otherwise, Items are as per the description and any images displayed. Should the item not match its description then we will either replace the item, subject to availability, or make a full refund.
